The studio built in natural stone, is situated on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse. Equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, fully equipped kichenette, outdoor veranda for romantic evenings and private parking. Vacanza a 5 stelle

La posizione è leggermente periferica rispetto al centro, ma offre una splendida vista panoramica, ventilata e silenziosa. Il proprietario è persona affabile ed estremamente disponibile, ci ha fornito un sacco di informazioni utili a trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza, la casa è accogliente e corredata di tutto il necessario. Il luogo è favoloso ed affittando uno scooter siamo riusciti a scoprire quasi tutte le meraviglie della "Costa deli Dei". Consigliatissimo un soggiorno presso la "Residenza Casale San Francesco": non resterete delusi!!! Noi speriamo di ritornarci...

Schöne Unterkunft

Eine kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Im Sommer braucht man auch nicht mehr. Antonio und Francesco Calo sind zwei sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieter. Das Studio kann man nur empfehlen.

I proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. La posizione della villetta, su una collinetta silenziosa, è risultata positiva, sia per il riposo, la strada adiacente non era trafficata, sia per i nostri spostamenti: la nostra era una mini vacanza di pesca... Nella proprietà sono presenti altri immobili, e un parcheggio privato. Siamo stati bene! ... ci torneremo!

Soggiorno praticamente perfetto

Appartamento perfettamente funzionale, dotato di climatizzazione, cucina attrezzata e bagno con box doccia. La camera da letto è molto bella, soprattutto la parete di pietra a vista, il letto è molto comodo. La parte esterna della proprietà è deliziosa, la possibilità di cenare guardando il mare impagabile. In giardino è presente uno spazio comune dotato di barbecue e lavanderia (con lavatrice e detersivi). Posizione strategica sia per un giro in Paese sia per raggiungere il mare, sia in auto ( meno di 5 minuti) sia a piedi (15 minuti). Ultimo ma non ultimo il titolare della proprietà che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità nella sua struttura, ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di vino, acqua e uva come benvenuto e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliato al 100%.

Tolle Unterkunft, Hilfsbereite Vermieter, la dolce vita voll genießen!!!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und rustikal eingerichtet. Antonio (Vermieter) hat uns herzlichst mit Wein, Obst und allen Informationen rund um Tropea empfangen. Auch einen Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft hat er uns organisiert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war er immer wieder für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Alles in allem ein TOP Service! Mehr kann man wirklich nicht erwarten. Eine Reise nach Tropea!? Nicht ohne Antonio und die Familie von Casale di San Francesco

klein, aber fein

sauberes Zimmer, mit Möglichkeit gemütlich draußen unter Bäumen zu sitzen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, waren 8 Tage dort. ca. 1,2 km bis zur Altstadt an viel befahrener Straße ohne Fußgängerweg.

Calabrien Urlaub

Wir zwei Autourlauber, welche so viel wie möglich von Italien sehen und genießen wollten, konnten für 8 Tage in diesem Apartment einen wunderschönen Zwischenstopp verbringen. Für uns war der Platz mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage der Unterkunft, am Ortsrand von Tropea und circa 10 -15 min Abendspaziergang empfanden wir als optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Tropea zu Genüge. Das Apartment/Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und gerne kommen wir wieder, was nicht zuletzt auch an Francescos überaus freundlicher Betreuung liegt . Ein Auto würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da Calabrien so viele schöne Ecken hat, aber auch ein Badeurlaub in Tropea ist aufgrund der schönen Sandstrände durchaus denkbar. 

semplicemente perfetta

Ottima scelta il Casale San Francesco.... A pochi minuti dal centro storico di Tropea e a pochi minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia delle Roccette si trova questo angolo di pace e di tranquillità. La Depandance è immersa in un giardino molto curato, ordinato e ricco di piante da frutto. Grazie alla sua posizione si può godere di una gradevole brezza che arriva dal mare. La disponibilità e la cortesia del proprietario sono un valore aggiunto a questa bellissima vacanza.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr gute Lage!

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter sehr freundlich begrüßt, im Apartment wartete sogar eine guter Prosecco auf uns. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände waren vorhanden. Die Lage war sehr sehr gut, sowohl die Altstadt von Tropea als auch die Strände sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft voll und ganz weiterempfehlen! Paula und Konrad

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage!

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt, sogar ein guter Prosecco stand für uns bereit. Das Appartment verfügt trotz seiner kleinen Größe über alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack gestaltet. Die Lage des Appartments eignet sich hervorragend um zu Fuß in die Stand oder an den Strand zu gehen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter! Kurzurlaub

da ich nur auf der durchreise war und 2 nächte in der wohnung verbracht habe, fand ich diese dafür hervorragend. für einen längeren urlaub würde ich sie für 2 personen etwas als zu beengt empfinden. die niedliche wohnung war im ganzen sauber und gepflegt, man konnte sich wohlfühlen......der parkplatz direkt vor der türe bequem zu erreichen, auch der sitzplatz direkt vor der türe. zum empfang gab es eine schale obst, 1 flasche sekt sowie 1 flasche mineralwasser. francesco ist ein sehr freundlicher vermieter und die schlüsselübergabe, wie abreise hat bestens funktioniert. tropea und die strände ist traumhaft schön und weiter zu empfehlen. ich wünsche francesco noch weiterhin viele gäste.

Cozy place with friendly & helpful owners

We had a short, two night stopover in Tropea. The room was comfortable and clean, just what we needed. Antonio is a great host, he picked us up at the train station, and later gave us a ride when it was raining... and let us borrow an umbrella. He also had some prosecco and fruit waiting for us. We will recommend Casale San Francesco to our friends.

schönes kleines Apartment - nice little apartment

Antonio hat uns bei unserer Ankunft freundlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön dekoriert. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Als zwei Regentage gemeldet wurden, hat der hilfsbereite Antonio uns zwei zusätzliche Bettdecken gebracht und sich auch um den Handtuch- und Wäschetausch gekümmert. Die Via Carmine entlang waren es rund 1000 Meter bis zur schönen Altstadt von Tropea. Wir sind fast jeden Abend dorthin gegangen. Zu den Stränden sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, ebenso in die Städte Pizzo, Vibo Valentia und Ricadi. Zum Hafen von Tropea sind wir zu Fuß gegangen, um einen Ausflug nach Stromboli per Schiff zu unternehmen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Antonio ci ha accolti calorosamente al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato. Dalla terrazza si ha una splendida vista sul mare e sulla costa. Come sono stati segnalati due giorni di pioggia, l'utile Antonio ci ha portato due coperte in più e la cura anche degli asciugamani e biancheria. La Via Carmine lungo ci sono stati circa 1000 metri il bellissimo centro storico di Tropea. Siamo andati quasi ogni notte. Le spiagge siamo andati in macchina, così come nelle città di Pizzo, Vibo Valentia e Ricadi. Siamo andati a piedi a fare un viaggio a Stromboli in barca al porto di Tropea. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso. Antonio greeted us warmly upon our arrival. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. As two days of rain were reported, the helpful Antonio has brought us two extra quilts and also care of the towels and linen. The Via Carmine along there were approximately 1000 meters to the beautiful old town of Tropea. We went almost every night there. The beaches we went by car, as well as in the towns of Pizzo, Vibo Valentia and Ricadi. We went on foot to take a trip to Stromboli by boat to the port of Tropea. We had a wonderful stay.

Uns, meinem Sohn und mir, hat es in diesem Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Freundlichkeit von Francesco und Antonio ist ansteckend. Danke für die 13 Tage Entspannung.

APPARTAMENTO DAVVERO CARINO E POSIZIONE OTTIMA

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 settimane ad agosto con il mio fidanzato. Devo dire che siamo stati davvero benissimo: il proprietario Francesco e suo fratello Antonio sono davvero gentili e disponibili, l'appartamento corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione ed era inoltre pulito e ben curato. Il casale è dotato di un giardino esterno con barbecue di cui abbiamo approfittato x fare una bella grigliata!!! La distanza dal mare è di 5/10 minuti in macchina e il centro di Tropea è ben raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. In questo casale si evita il caos del centro città (nonostante, ripeto, sia vicino da raggiungere) e si trascorre una vacanza davvero rilassante! Consiglierei a chiunque di andarci, non ve ne pentirete!!

Bell'appartamento in casale ristrutturato

Io, mia moglie e la nostra bambina di 8 anni abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno (15 giorni a luglio), l'appartamento è molto curato e pulito. Il giardino con ulivi, aranci e limoni è con vista mare, c'è anche un barbecue grande e comodissimo! Molto gentile e sempre disponibile il proprietario per ogni informazione o esigenza. Ottima la posizione, siamo andati in centro anche a piedi, le più belle spiagge di Tropea sono solo a 5 minuti di macchina (mare raggiungibile anche a piedi da un sentiero). Sicuramente consigliabile per una vacanza veramente rilassante e piacevole all'insegna del mare, della natura e delle tradizioni! Ci torneremo!
