"El personal muy amable. La higiene y limpieza estuvo muy bien. Nos gustó mucho la limpieza y las normas que había en la pileta. El hotel cuenta con máquinas para llenar botellitas con agua potable. Hay retaurantes y bar dentro del hotel, pero si preferís ir al centro solo debes tomarte una sola línea de bus desde la parada bien al frente del hotel. Lo súper recomiendo!"

"Honestly not worth the money. Paying around €250 per night off peak, you’re going in expecting a premium top tier experience. Upon booking we were informed that you have to book an hourly slot for the thermal suite - not great as you’d expect unlimited access from a 5* hotel. The next issue was trying to book this slot lead to no answer on the phone around 5 times and no reply to my direct message nor email. Eventually got one booked over the phone. The spa itself really wasn’t great. Water in the jacuzzi type pool was lukewarm at best. The steam room was out of order and the loungers either weren’t heated or the room was too cold to notice. Check in was from 16:00 - again very much not impressed with this for a 5* hotel. Possibly the worst point overall because it’s so easily addressable. Checkout was early at 11:00 which taking into account only arriving at 16:00, you’d expect 13:00 checkout to make up for it… Overall the place was nice and the room was lovely, but for €250 the service was worse than what you’d get for €100 elsewhere. They’ve done the hard parts well in having a lovely place to stay, but have let themselves down very badly with my above points. I’d stay elsewhere for cheaper and spend the money on activities."

"Incredible stay at an authentic castle. Wish we had stayed more than one night. The staff and service was very personal and next level. We loved walking through the castle exploring different spaces. Did a hawk walk and morning walk on the property grounds with blood hounds – both amazing experiences! Definitely worth the splurge."

"Some hits and misses. Check in check out were efficient. Free covered parking was great. Breakfast spread was decent although the varieties don’t change - so can be a challenge if you are staying longer. Room cleaning isn’t up to standard - one day was good another day was poor with water and tissue paper not replenished even though they ran out. There was a super friendly and helpful lady at breakfast - so full of energy … but I unfortunately did not note her name. Attended to any needs you may have which made you feel very welcomed at breakfast."
