Tulum City Center Holidays

The luxury 2 queen room was so surprisingly extra spacious with its uber high ceilings, and no unit was on top of us on the ground floor. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooftop garden was surprising. The free breakfast was great as well - were pleasantly surprised there was a free made to order entree and not just buffet style.

The atmosphere, the staff , amenities

Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.

I had the most relaxing stay at IKAL. i booked a trip to celebrate my birthday month. The hotel concierge was super helpful in booking my private airport pick up and drop off. Everything was super smooth. I booked the maya plunge and it was stunning. The room and property were well kept. The food was delicious and staff super friendly. The wellness programs were included with my stay and were super therepeutic. I booked a private tour to visit the ruins, cenote and ven a la luz. The hotel arranged a private tour guide Nelson who was amazing. Words can't describe how beautiful this sanctuary is. So close to the ruins and surrounded by the sea and jungle. I will surely be back again!!! Mucho gracias Ikal!!!

The staff was amazing and so attentive! The breakfast was gourmet and the French toast was the best I’ve ever had! We loved our stay so much!
