"Check in and check out was incredibly fast and easy. There are two convent stores near by, one in the building and a GS25 across the street. Perfect location, only a 5 min walk from the subway. Room was clean and service was perfect. I’d recommend this stay for anyone who wants to be near Myeongdong Street "

"Upon my arrival, the receptionist, without offering any greeting, immediately asked if I spoke English — ironically while using a translator. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. I requested a room change, but although the linens appeared clean, the room was dusty and the furniture was old, stained, and torn. The overall condition was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price I paid. During my six-day stay, I also had to personally request for the room to be cleaned. Even then, when I returned later in the afternoon, the cleaning had not yet been completed, and I was asked to wait. This level of service was highly disappointing."
