Note that the bed frames are quite squeaky. * Breakfast: A practical meal featuring made-to-order eggs and chocolate milk. The Shortcomings: Infrastructure & Comfort The building suffers from poor maintenance and lacks modern refinements. * Climate Control: There is no built-in heating. Rooms can be freezing, though an oil heater may be provided upon request. * Security: Door locks are flimsy and outdated, which may be a concern for solo travelers. * Connectivity: The Wi-Fi is unreliable, utilizing a frustrating guest portal that frequently disconnects. Signal strength is insufficient for backups or browsing. * Maintenance: The elevator is non-functional, and rooms have a noticeable damp smell due to the local humidity. "The location is excellent! The Ollantaytambo ruins are in walking distance and have a great selection of restaurants around the hotel. The room was big and clean facing the spring. The door to the balcony is not soundproof so you will hear the loud water gushing through the spring all the time "

"Breakfast was good and it’s convenient that it begins so early! Good location on the river. No 24/7 coffee or tea is a downside. Also, it’s misleading I think in the ad that the hot springs are inclusive or at the property - this isn’t the case."
