"Booked in night before an early flight. Interacted with bar , restaurant reception ( several times)EVERY ONE I spoke to was patient courteous friendly and professional. Atmosphere was welcoming facilites and room spotless. A very pleasant and relaxing experience. So impressed made a point of stopping for a meal after return flight."

"Comfortable and spacious room, nice leisure facilities. What really made it stand out was the staff being so kind to our children - there were sweets on their pillows, which was really nice after a long journey. At breakfast I was on my own with the children and the hostess offered to get my food and a coffee, which was so thoughtful. The chef came out and asked the children if they would like some pancakes, which he then prepared specially for them with fresh strawberries. Really kind and individual service! "

"We had one night at this hotel before flying from East Midlands the following morning. Not only is it super convenient for that, its a super location, and was very comfortable too. We had dinner at a local pub too, and the area was lovely, friendly staff and locals. I would highly recommend, and we are likely to book again in the future."
