"Perfect over night stop."

"All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

No dispone de recepción, yo llegué tarde, llamé al número de teléfono de contacto porque tenía problemas en el acceso y el teléfono directamente estaba apagado. Por suerte, pude solucionarlo, gracias a otros huéspedes que estaban ahí. En las habitaciones hace un poco de frío. Lo único positivo es que está muy bien ubicado, pero no volveré a...

"Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature."
