We spent 3 nights here during our Italian vacation and were so happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, beautiful and in a great location. You are 5 minutes from the Realto Bridge and only 7 or 8 minutes from San Marco square. The air conditioning was wonderful and the breakfast was perfect. If there was any complaint it is that the shower is tiny, I mean you can nearly turn around in it but other than that everything was great. If I go back to Venice I’ll stay here again.

I had a great experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the middle of Venice. The staff was extremely helpful. They took their time to give us directions, provide umbrellas, and prepare us a breakfast-to-go due to our early check out.

Everything in Venice is old, including the hotel. The hotel was clean. The washrooms were new (modern) and clean. Overall good value for the money. Location is perfect, you just need to cross one bridge to get to the hotel, if you get off from the vaporetto at Rialto bridge.

there was great customer service with 24 hour desk staff. the breakfast provided was good. air conditioning worked well and there was an elevator for our bags! it is in a great location with easy access to the water bus and walking to St. Mark's. Highly recommend!

Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic each morning. Location in the heart of San Marco, so was very close to all attractions and water shuttle. Although located in busy area, walls and windows were solid, so you couldn't hear the bustle on the street below. Highly recommend!
