Fine appartment with beautiful garden close to Intra, Verbania. The owners are really Nice and very helpfull. We had A lovely time.

Ein sehr entĂ€uschender Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war kalt, feucht und an mehreren WĂ€nden befanden sich Stockflecken. Der Schrank mit dem Geschirr mĂŒffelte sehr modrig. Das Schlafzimmer befand sich in einem ganz miserablen Zustand. Hinter dem Kleiderschrank entdeckten wir Schimmel, dieser war auch stark zu riechen. Der Kleiderschrank war auf Grund dessen nicht nutzbar. Nachdem wir die EigentĂŒmer darĂŒber informiert haben, haben sie den Schimmel abgewaschen und ĂŒberstrichen, und uns ein EntfeuchtungsgerĂ€t ins Schlafzimmer gestellt. Leider wurde der Geruch dadurch noch intensiver so dass wir nach 2 Tagen ausgezogen sind. Die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit von Belvilla war Ă€ußerst zuverlĂ€ssig, schnell und korrekt. Die EigentĂŒmerin bestand trotzdem auf 100 Euro Endreinigung, obwohl wir die Wohnung nicht sauber vorfanden.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Susanna und Daniele sind immer auf das Wohl der GĂ€ste bedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, fĂŒr 2 Personen ist alles da. Der Garten ist echt ein Traum, mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Kleines Manko, ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr das Auto sind ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, etwas umstĂ€ndlich. Wir vergeben gerne 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank an unsere netten Gastgeber Susanna und Daniele.
