"Great hospitality, Jimmi, Sulli and Jenny are very nice, friendly, helpful and always be there when I need them. Perfect location, 5-10 minutes walk to everywhere close to the center. The hotel also arranged the tour to Ha Long Bay, exceptional experience. Breakfast is amazing, you can choose from a wide variety of food that are freshly made. Laundry service has been prompt."
