"This is by far the BEST hotel we have stayed in so far! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tubs and saunas were clean. The hotel instantly smells delightful when you walk in, and the food is lovely. If we were not moving around the island we would just stay here every night! "

I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. No noise issues and felt very safe. "

"My daughter, my two teenaged grandchildren and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The host’s directions were perfect, and check-in went smoothly. The apartment was in pristine condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were easy to operate. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment and surroundings were quiet. We really enjoyed our visit to Iceland."

"I liked the Idea of paperless and online check-in, However we didn't get the check-in email and struggled to get a call to them upon arrival since our phones didn't work right on our wi-fi setup we were using. However someone let us use their phone to call them and we were able to send an email and we got in in a few minutes. Someone in the building burnt something on the stove and the fire alarm went off. Without a staff on site we did not know how to reset the alarm or really what to do. So everyone in the building was outside waiting and finally after about 35 min the alarm shut off."
