We arrived at the hotel in the evening. Checked in with Diego who was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean. I was delighted to see that there was tea, sugar and milk there, a real bonus after travelling all day! The journey from the airport to the hotel was only 10 mins in a taxi. Stayed in 2 bed apartment for 8 nights with friends, we had an amazing time & will definitely come back next year to stay in Sunset Bay. The apartments are very spacious, clean and modern, have everything you need, all staff were extremely friendly & helpful. There is a courtyard area with shop and a few bars, entertainment most days. Very close to beach with numerous bars & restaurants to choose from

Just back from 2 weeks in this hotel. I honestly cannot say anything bad about it. It was very centrally located, clean, staff were polite and helpful, very nice layout for the hotel rooms and pool area, everything is very close and accessible. I suppose the only frustrating thing was the sun loungers (I guess you’ll get that everywhere) people queuing at 8am then all gone by 10am / 11am, many just with towels on them. Nice staff, ordered pool view but got straight to see view. Good food, clean nice rooms, always can find spot near pools, will stay again in same hotel. Lot of French visitors who left empty cups around sun beds, trash bin only 5 steps away, so they should learn how to not left the mess! becouse hotel staff every morning cleaning everything outside, and they doing it right, so big thanks to people who did our holidays nice and clean.
