"The property is a little tired, it could do with some work, to bring it up to the standard of the photos shown on the website. The kitchen and living areas are definitely only suitable for 6 adults. Jake was excellent at communicating, but a welcome pack would have been nice. "

"Quick and easy check in with staff, the reception area, lifts, rooms were all clean and modern. The air con was much appreciated in 33 degree heatwave. Great that the room had extras such as a fridge / ironing board / alarm clock, really nice touches. Bathroom was modern and clean with a great shower, shampoo / conditioner & shower gel all available which was great. Tea & Coffee etc as you'd expect also. Excellent stay was really impressed for the price we paid. Will definitely use again! "
