"Staff was very attentive super clean and well kept rooms. $6+ bottle of water in the room is a bit prices but there are stores very close by to grab snacks and drinks if you need them. Would definitely stay there again."

"The location of this hotel is great, you don’t get the craziness of Times Square but you are right there, easy access to trains, and plenty of food options around. The staff if friendly and kind, the bed/pillows are comfy. However, it is an old property (as half of NYC), the rooms have been remodeled, but it shows. Small rooms and bathroom, and my biggest issue was the noise, probably because I was in the 4th floor and my room faced the street - I can say by own experience- NYC IS indeed the City that never sleeps. I barely slept in 4 days. All in all, not a bad option if you get a room in the back of the property. Price is fair."

"The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and a decent size, the bed was comfortable. There was only one mirror in the room and no electrical outlets in the bathroom making it difficult to get ready to go out. The room was warm and the air conditioner was in operable so we had to open the window, which was fine and comfortably except it got stuck and when we called maintenance they never came. We weren’t able to check in until 4 and there were people with their luggage sitting and laying everywhere in the lobby, it looked like a homeless shelter. I will not stay here again. "

"First time visitor to New York City and it was a fantastic time! We got a great deal with Expedia for the Hyatt Regency and I am so glad we chose the Hyatt. The location is perfectly located right in time square and so many other staple places to visit while in NYC like Rockefeller Center, Radio City Hall, Nintendo Store, FAO Schwartz to name a few. Not to mention, we were smacked dab in the middle of the theater district, with Chicago right outside our entrance! We were also a short walks away from Central Park, Carnegie hall, so many museums and more! Back at the hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rosa greeted us and was so accommodating as only half of our party showed up the day before and was able to get us conjoined room and that really made our trip so memorable. Thank you Rosa! The cleaning staff was so kind and did a great job at getting us extra towels and straightening our rooms when needed. I didn’t catch her name but she was just awesome! The hotel was clean and offered everything you needed. The only thing I would wish they would consider is offering spring bottle water instead of Dasani because they are just horrendous but that’s just a personal preference and the bonus there is that it was complimentary. Needless to say, I would definitely pick this location again on my next visit to New York and you should too! "

"The hotel is a bit dated but kept up well. No in-room coffee is always an amenity downgrade in my book but there is a Starbucks right there. Price was right."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for our weekend visit to the city, and I would absolutely stay there again! It was so walkable to everything we wanted to do, and I really appreciated that we were each given an included bottle of water from the hotel gift shop each day. The room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff were very kind! The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, but we did not experience any noise or disruption. I hope to be able to come back to see what changes were made!"

"This location was AMAZING!! It’s steps away from Times Square, and we were able to walk almost anywhere in that area. The staff was friendly, and helpful with answering our questions. Definitely recommend this place!!"

"Amazing location, helpful staff, and yummy bakery that you get credit to for breakfast. Could be cleaner - there was mold along rhe sliding shower door, toilet base by the floor wasn’t clean, and air vent had a lot of dust in it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Has been recently renovated. Could have used a few more pillows, another lamp in the room on the desk, and a mirror outside of the bathroom. There is also nowhere to sit anything in the bathroom. The historic charm is nice and the location is super convenient to the subway lines, Central Park, etc. "

"Glad to see the Hotel is under new management. I have been staying here for over 20 years and the place looked great again. Had been on a decline for the past few years. Now there is a wonderful staff. A very convenient location with the express IRT subway around the corner on Broadway. "
