"The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, great for exploring. Room was very basic and being honest, a bit smelly. But i just needed a bed for the night, so wasn't that bothered. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception. It was my first time in Shrewsbury for many years and without her guidance i would not have found the carpark. Thanks you. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and very needed after a long night!"

The quaint little town was absolutely picturesque, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I was really impressed with the area. Plenty of parking around the back of the hotel. My room was very spacious, and the breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were all so friendly, pleasant and accommodating, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and it would definitely be my first choice if I’m visiting the area again. A real gem!"

"Lovely clean room, it had a welcome fridge with a bottle of orange juice two bottles of water and a carton of milk. Breakfast consisted of cereal or oats, an apple a pastry and some nuts. Parking was free. Even though I overlooked the main road the traffic didn't keep me awake. Unfortunately there was a wake their so I walked 10 mins up the road to eat, so I can't tell you about the food. But I would stay again."
