"A/c was loud and there were ants in restroom and shower, we tried to switch rooms but nothing was available so we left the hotel two days early but they said they were unable to refund do to booking through Expedia. "

"The bed is awesome as was the water pressure and shower head. Internet access was consistent and the staff was always helpful and friendly. If I could change anything, I would put a microwave in every room along with complimentary refrigerator."

"The 1st thing is the breakfast was not what you would expect a a Best Western, it was below standard compared to All the the other BW'S, My room was ok the microwave licke as shut down with my food inside, that I had driven and 11/2 to get because we were on My Birthday vacation, we were on the 4th floor with no screen on the windows. Was disappointed in that hotel. The Staff was very nice they even brought me and my hubby a pizza. "
