"The property was clean and the gardens were lovely. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and two closets. The hotel is one block from the harbor, Government building, museum and other attractions. My favorite breakfast spot, 'Floyd's' is now located right at the hotel!"

I found it was a little further from the action and shops in Victoria but it was quiet so that’s the trade off I guess. Kids loved the pool, I would’ve liked a hot tub for myself and partner. "I love that this hotel was near government street and walking distance to a lot of things including the harbour, downtown with rich history, cafes, bookstores and so much more. The room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I was quite surprised it’s considered a 3 star hotel because where I come from this could easily qualify for a 4 star. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We had a great wedding anniversary with Hotel Rialto. "
