"What a lovely hotel, Clean hotel, Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was very good. Other meals expensive but good. Always seen people in and out. I requested a ground floor room with a walk in shower. I had what I requested and what a lovely room. Town just down the road. Just a small walk away Free bus by the bus station to the racecourse Had a lovely day there. All in all what a great and enjoyable stay at Ripon, Thank you team "

"It is a beautiful old hotel that really needs some work done to it. If that happens it could be brought back to its glory. The cafe restaurant has very good food and the staff were great. Some of the carpets and bath surrounds left a Lot to be desired in regards to cleanliness "

"Room was recently renovated . Bar was to busy at 5.0 must have been some sort of event . Breakfast was nice , I thought I had read it was table service but it was a buffet which was ok . No butter for the toast only a spread "
