"Great location. Room was very nice size and up to date. Only negative is the parking is at the nearest public parking lot - if you can get a spot. But overall a good night at a great location. "
"Very close to Whitby swing bridge so handy for attractions, restaurants, coop 3 minute walk if want self catering. Newly renovated, very clean, lovely views."
"Beautiful apartment. Great location, fun to see the trains right by your window, excellent secure underground garage parking. Highly recommended. We also visited Eden Camp, Alpamare water park and had a walk up to Whitby Abbey. These were all fantastic locations to visit. Lovely part of the country."
"The first issue is on the description upon booking. It says car parking is free. This is misleading as its actually parking on the road, which is free (if there are spaces), and if not is it in a nearby car park which is £12 per day (24 hours). The other issue is the cleanliness of the property, mainly crockery, cutlery and cupboards. On a positive although the yard isn't the most appealing the positioning within the town is spot on. "

"The room was great for our needs, very spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I was holidaying with my teenage granddaughter and the twin beds gave us plenty of room.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the harbour (anout 30 minutes to walk back, it's a very steep hill! Dont believe google maps that says mostly flat!)
There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we didn't use it. However, on our last evenung we had a taxi and it was £4.50."
Beautiful Cosy Cottage On The Cliff Top With Stunning Sea Views
10/10 Excellent
"On our short trips in England and Wales, we again decided to travel to Whitby, to the paradise in a bottle. The weather was 30degs, constant, the sun was strong and shining on us, the sound of rushing tide coming in and out, clearly this was heaven! We had a short walk to Whitby to mingle with the bustling crowd and the cobble stones that takes me back to my childhood home. The cottage is a lovely little homely one. It has one bed that fits the bill. The stargazing ones among you, will be flabbergasted at the amount of dark sky, with celestial objects sighted, up above, when the sun goes down.Don’t forget to bring your binoculars or telescope. There is no wifi at the cottage and that is a bit of problem at times. It would be nice to go and have it and decide whether you need it or not. That choice should be yours, it should have it. If you don’t want to share the wild West nightlife in Whitby you can stay in the cottage. The problem here is the tv set was born in the 20th century and as such has its own little plan for you to get annoyed to. What it needs is a nice big modern tv on a proper adjustible wall stand. That would cost no more than 300. (See Richer Sounds)All in all a wonderful little cottage, we will return, if the thing isn’t booked up. ! DB. "
