Brit Hotels Earls Court

"Travelled for work. Stay was outstanding. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and had everything I needed. Easy walking distance to earls court station, grocery store etc. couple of things to note depending on your circumstances… 1. Stairs are very narrow (depth wise) so if you have large heavy suitcases be aware!) 2. It’s an old building although renovated inside. But you hear noise in rooms nearby / above etc. it wasn’t an issue at all as it wasn’t extreme nor in sleeping hours but it may disturb some people. 3. The shower is v small so if you are a broad or large human it will be tight. All that being said for me personally the hotel was fantastic and it will be my new go to when I need a bed in London."

"Stayed at this hotel whenever in London.New owners now call it STG. First dont go before 2.15 on the dot they will not be flexible as previously. Only one pillow and the flimsiest duvet. The matress was dated 2011 and left me with a bad back. They send you a txt after check in any requests for me that was another pillow which was totally ignored so had to ask next morning. Room was not cleaned or bed made during our stay the reply to this was they only do them every fohrth day !!!. No tea making facilities as before. The rooms are not cheap relevat to what you get. We definately will not stay in this hotel again."

"Fantastic location. Room spacious and facilities too. Didn’t use the gym…but used the bar 😂. Easy access to tubes, and Elizabeth line and dlr. food decent but not super exciting. Bit frustrating they add service charge to bar bill. Otherwise would stay again for another excel tradeshow"

"A good business/tourist hotel near Russell Square. Property is vast, well maintained and very clean. Rooms are fairly Spartan, though beds are exceptionally comfortable. Lack of air conditioning is a problem in warmer months. Recommended."
