"This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a delight. Quiet, great location, quick access to the Disney parks, stores and restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained and clean, the rooms are nicely updated with quality furnishings. My only complaint is they disable your door fobs/pass keys at 10am on the dot. This is frustrating when taking luggage back and forth from the room as someone has to stay behind to open the door. Also in general someone is knocking on your door to come clean at 10am if not a little before on checkout day. This needs to be adjusted. Overall we do plan to stay again, as the price was reasonable for what you get in a room. "

"We stayed in building 21. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. Amazing pool and hot tub. Very relaxing. The room was amazing! Spacious and clean. The only complaint I would have (which isn't a huge deal) is that there was carpet deodorizer all over the carpet. Unsure if that was on purpose. "

"Nice weekend getaway with the family. Enjoyed the day at the pool and walked around the resort. Only complaint was that the surfing attraction and kiddie playground were under renovation during the time of our visit. Definitely recommend to couples wanting a weekend getaway with or without the kids!"
