The hotel was okay. My only complaint was that I had to sleep with my windows open as the smell in the room was unbearable. I believe it was the carpet- it had a very strong musty odour.

Good, not exceptional.
Pleasant stay, few disappointments. The positive: hotel location is great, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was very good and staff is friendly and helpful. The negative: the room I booked was a “Superior Room” in annex building. A bit underwhelming considering it was one of the most expensive rooms. A bit worn looking and decor was not what I would expect of a 4 star superior room. Weather was very warm during this stay and the AC in the room was not good. Temp was controlled so room never really cooled off. There is onsite parking but very difficult to find the entrance. You have to take a car elevator to underground parking- no signage to guide. Overall stay was good, however not exceptional for the price paid. A regular room is probably a better value.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here! Nice large room with comfortable bed. Walking distance to the city center and train station. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner.

A charming, quiet hotel in a historic building. It is located a very short walk from the old town and the Alte Mainbrücke. As a side note, the bedding in the room was excellent. They have particularly soft fluffy pillows. I will book the same hotel on my next trip to Wurzburg.

Top hotel in Würzburg
Best hotel in Würzburg for business trips! Well located close to restaurants in the center and the river. Organization of breakfast during COVID could have been slightly better, but in all very recommendable

This hotel is central,it’s own parking or other parking near by.The staff were pleasant,helpful and attentive at all times.Breakfast was good ,typically German ,dark breads,cheese ,cold meats.The town has plenty of eateries and the locals were friendly and made business trip as enjoyable as it can be when travelling with colleagues rather than family.

Everything was limited because of Covid but lovely clean hotel with helpful staff who did what they could to make guests comfortable despite the obvious difficulties at this time.

Stayed in the new section of the hotel. Directions to get to the Hotel's garage were unclear and confusing. Bar service was good, but slow. Room was very nice. Great bed, sheets and bathroom.

Comfortable, central hotel with excellent service
Despite being on a main road, it is quiet and there is a covered parking next to the hotel. The air condition is relatively quiet and very efficient, even when the outside temperature is above 35 C degrees, as it was the case during our stay. Our Deluxe Room was huge, clean, nicely modern decorated, very well compartmented, with a walk-in wardrobe at the back. We enjoyed the free water and the wine gift. The restaurant must be good, but being so hot, we did not fancy a 3 or 5 course meal, so we dined at terraces in the area. Sumptuous breakfast and very helpful service.

Maybe the design is old fashioned, but all in good condition, clean, look like new, provided lot of amenities, I stayed in deluxe room, space was good enough for 2 people. I must come again and suggest my friends to stay here.

Wonderful location in Wuerzburg. The hotel and rooms were very nice. Really great touch to have some complimentary wine as a gift in our room. We took it to the top of the castle to enjoy!

No bell captain, Air conditioning in room not working, no one at the hotel to fix it when reported. Sheets with blood stints on it, ( dirty) when complain , reception clerck came up and gave to us 3 sets of sheets as he did know which one is the right one and does not know how to change it and there is no person in charge of that area at the hotel, therefore we end up changing the sheets. Never go back to a Best Western again. This hotel looks like was managed by a mom and papas hotel rather than a chain and Us 230 for a night in a best western is not a small price, specially for the servide we got it.
