"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "

"We loved the spa really nice. All the negative comments should be deleted as it’s not true that the spa is run down. They seem to have done a huge refurb and everything looks great. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing "

"The hotel is good for a budget hotel. Nice location on the beach, plenty of free parking but is very basic and quite tired."

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"Great stay as always. Pool, bar and breakfast all excellent. I have used this hotel for many many years, to stay or just to use the bar. Always one of my favourite places to be."

"Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold. Hot water was temperamental. Room should have bern warm & water hot, Hubby had cold shower i gave that a miss.should be heated by then"
