"The place was great, the food was 10/10. Every restaurant I went to had good food, the steakhouse, Italian restaurant and hibachi. The Buffett had lots of choices to choose from. The entertainment at poolside was great and fun. Place is huge but they had shuttle buses taking you back and forth around the clock. The rooms was great it was equipped with everything from, bath soap, bubble bath, tissues, shampoo and conditioner, shower cap, tooth brush and paste, shaving kit, ear wax sticks and make up remover pads, sewing kit ,shoe shiner and even a umbrella. They stocked room up daily. Cleaned room daily. Room service came in less than 30 minutes. Room service was my least favorite the food wasn’t the best but okay if you’re hungry. Everyone here is friendly and respectful. I’ve been to 4 resorts in playa del Carmen and this the best. Will return in future"
