"Room was very clean, the staff were amazing-very friendly and accommodating. The food was great as well. We absolutely loved the beach and the beautiful walk to the beach down the jungle pathway. Transport off of the resort was very expensive- taxi's. That would be the only thing that would prevent us from returning or from going off resort while staying there. "

"Outstanding service! From the beginning to the end. We had an amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff and great hotel accommodations. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The parks were amazing and the all around vibe had us wanting to stay longer. Be warned the hotel is huge, which leads to aot of walking. On one of the park days my wife sustained a small sprain and on the way back to our room Osvaldo noticed us. He assited my wife to a place to sit and called a medic to help. Both the medic and Osvaldo were extremely caring and kind. We want to give them a huge thank for going above and beyond. It really helped us enjoy the rest of our time there."

"Our vacation was AWESOME! The resort is large enough for privacy but compact enough to allow easy access to all amenities. The room was beautiful and food was on point. The staff is amazing and go out of way to make sure everything is to our liking."
