"We really enjoyed our time at the Catalonia Royal Tulum. Our expectation for this 4 day trip to the area was to relax and enjoy the time at the beach. This is exactly what we did. Everyone from check in, wait staff, bar tenders, room service and stewards where friendly, polite and went above and beyond. The grounds are well kept and clean.
