"Booked this hotel for my in laws as they were attending a funeral in Surrey. Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with an excellent range of options. Would stay again.

"Used for a 1 night pre-flight stay - was better than expected. Parking was straightforward, as was check-in. Room very comfortable and more than adequate for a one night stay. Good selection of food for breakfast and early option too."

I had easy access to to Central bus station free airport
train transfer by National Express to CARDIFF WALES IN 3 HOURS.
I was not impressed by the breakfast spread could have been better eggs was very wet.
I did not have water bottle in my room to drink. There should have been a toothbrush in the room instead of me going to purchase one in the gift shop for almost 6.30 pounds.
I disliked having to enter the elevator and the card not scanned to enter the floor.

I will stay at the Hilton hotel next to the hotel 2 minutes due to the lack of amenites in the Holiday Hotel room and the poor breakfast which I paid a hefty price for.
