"Very nice upscale hotel in the middle of Copacabana with amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Staff was very helpful, friendly and multilingual, breakfast was great. The standard rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but more than enough for a couple of days. The immediate area also felt safe and secure. The Italian restaurant is also worth a visit."
"Wonderful location , in front of the iconic Copacabana beach. They have their own kiosk where they provide chair , umbrella and towels. The staff is very friendly. The pool area on the roof top is very pleasant .the hotel met all my expectations. "

The hotel helped us to get a taxi who helped us to go around Rio, and visited all the tourist places.
The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! Everything that you could imagine, including, fresh juices, fruits, cakes, breads, eggs, vaccines, yogurt and many more.

"I had an issue with dates when I first booked and hotels.com tried to resolve it by phone for me to no avail. The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it. "
