This hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! The location, facilities and staff were top notch. I would go back for sure!

The hotel is beautifully clean and looks stunning, but it really lacks atmosphere. It definitely caters more to an older clientele. I stayed here with my 5-year-old son, and honestly, there just wasn’t anything for us to do as a family. The main pool isn’t heated, and although I was told the children’s pool was, it was absolutely freezing. The only heated pool is the adults-only one (18+), which feels really limiting when you’re travelling with a child. There’s no proper kids’ club either, just a small room with a few toys, which isn’t quite what you’d expect. The rooms don’t come with irons, and I was told I couldn’t have one in the room. Instead, there’s a shared ironing room, but it’s on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Having to walk all that way with a child is really inconvenient—at the very least, there should be facilities on both sides. The information about beach access is also a bit misleading. The direct access is actually at their sister hotel, not this one. The steps down are very long and not suitable for elderly guests, those with disabilities, or families with young children. That said, Vanessa was incredibly helpful and took us over to the other hotel, and the beach itself is absolutely beautiful.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really elevated the overall experience. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the dinner selection. While the food quality was great, the options weren’t as kid-friendly as we had hoped. Adding a few more simple, familiar choices for children would make the experience even better for families. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. With a slightly more family-oriented dinner menu, it would be nearly perfect.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Great location, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and provided great customer service. The hotel has a waiting area where there is permanently fresh coffee and tea making facilities for the guests to help themselves to. In the room, the extras such as travel adaptors and several water bottles free of charge in the minibar, made the stay so much more comfortable.

A Fairytale Birthday at the Corinthia Lisbon! My husband booked a stay here for my 27th birthday, and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, we felt like royalty. First Impressions & Exceptional Service- A massive, heartfelt thank you to Miguel, who made our stay unforgettable from the very beginning. He was so incredibly welcoming and warm as soon as we stepped foot in the hotel. That level of hospitality continued with the entire team; every staff member we encountered was kind, caring, and greeted us with genuine smiles and impeccable manners. The Room- To our absolute delight, the hotel upgraded us to a Junior Suite! The room was simply gorgeous—spotlessly clean, modern, and so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The Birthday Celebrations- The Corinthia team went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special: • Sky Lounge Breakfast: Starting the day with breakfast in the Sky Lounge was a dream. The views over Lisbon are stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for a celebration. • Sweet Surprises: I was treated to champagne and cake, which was such a thoughtful, elegant touch. Final Thoughts We are truly in love with this hotel. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting that it feels like a home away from home, but with five-star luxury.

Clean room, very cordial staff, well located.

Clean however walls marked and scraped in places. Needs some attention. Generally clean and ok. Breakfast was just warm and every morning I was having to wipe down the chair / bench before sitting due to food crumbs and mess on them. Location of hotel is excellent. On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough.
