Great Hotel service Good reception, , I was pleased to meet the hotel manager Mr. Hamada and he was explaining the hotel facilities to us , Also the hotel provide excellent cleaning, Mr. Shoukry the rooms manager is doing great efforts following all needs and requests . the room is well maintained , the facilities are great , good food , good Cooktail service. Good shuttle service to the beach ,

The all inclusive food quality and taste is poor, the property is situated at a remote location, getting taxi in and out can be tricky.
