North East England All inclusive Holidays

Absolutely loved my stay, we stayed for 4 days, convention weekend and as a first stay the staff were absolutely brilliant, no complaints . they helped care for fragile items and always helpful with the room and needs. Especially Lauren and the Gent who helped us on our first night of stay (unfortunately we did not get his name) Above and beyond would love to stay here again even for a normal holiday thankyou!

Great location but stain on the bed on arrival, immediately advised two members of staff but bedding wasn’t changed for us getting back to the room late that night. Advised again on check out yet no one followed up

Great location. Nice hotel. Most of the public spaces were great. Loos were a bit of a mess. Also staff at breakfast were not be helpful when coffee ran out of Milan’s coffee And the chef can’t pouch an egg. Food on Saturday night was great. Staff patient.

Good quality accommodation, very central, easy check in and check out and good breakfast. Nice toiletries in the bathroom was a good added touch.

Great space. Kind of loud from the street and people coming in and out of the stairs.
