Staff is amazing there! made check in super easy and upgraded was amazing. We had a blast there, only down side is TV. No good

More pillows would be nice

The service was outstanding. In particular, Luke at the front desk provided exceptional service, giving us site seeing tips and restaurant recommendations. He was so friendly and really stood out for us. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Very high standards for cleanliness. The pool area was beautiful and we particularly liked the dj. I would say that there were not enough beds, as it was mostly cabanas that you have to pay for. Only two cabanas were rented, so it was a waste of space in my opinion. Breakfast was good, particularly the breakfast burrito and honey lavender latte. Location is great, very central. Emilio and Mikayla also really stood out for exceptional and friendly service. The gym was great with lots of equipment. We would definitely recommend and return.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Very courteous staff, from the valet to housekeeping. One of my favorites! Will visit many more times.

Clean room. However, shower valve too tight initially difficult, but operates fine.

2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.
