Fort Lee - Paramus All inclusive Holidays

No air conditioning and the water machine wasn't working, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel is in a perfect area for times square commute however the amenities weren't as helpful. The fact that every time we needed ice, we had to go to the grab and go shop but they limited us to 1 cup of ice each time. I understand that they are the only spot that provides ice for their shop and the hotel so they have to limit supply, but it was extremely hot during my stay and ice was a must!! Other than that, everything else was ok. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked out well for my husband and I.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very convenient for shopping and variety of food outlets.

Alvaro the front desk guy was always very welcoming. Overall the staff was very helpful. Clean rooms and got exactly what we booked

Neat Terrace. Great location. Nice happy hour and breakfast. So much more than I expected.

Hotel clean and feel luxury. Good hotel

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

This is a nice hotel. When getting 2 beds the rooms are more spacious. Very easy access to everything I wanted to do. We walked a lot but we also took the subway and the bus.

Walking distance to Central Park. Kosher cafe at the lobby if that matters to you. 72nd Train station if you like to take public transportations. Famous Serafina Italian conveniently located downstairs. Public parking across the street and on 75th if you have a car rental.
