Puerto del Carmen All inclusive Holidays

My mum and I had an amazing stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bar and restaurant teams provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the animation team truly made our holiday extra special. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, although a little more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated as it was quite similar each morning. The drinks were very good, though there were occasionally long queues at the bar during the late evening. The rooms are slightly dated, but they were cleaned every day to a high standard, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed taking the bus (Line 03) from the San Antonio Hotel to the final stop in the Old Town and then walking back to the hotel, taking in the beautiful views along the way. A special thank you to Ivan and Ayman from the bar team for their hard work and friendly service, and to Filippo, Sabrina, and Celina from the animation team. They were fantastic—always entertaining, full of energy, and genuinely lovely people who made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Relaxia, for a superb holiday. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing Hotel in a Amazing location. For people with young families

Rooms were fairly basic but nice enough. 1 restaurant with same sort of food each day. There’s a pool bar in the day and a bar open in the evening. Not enough loungers by the pool as people leave their towels out from early morning. There are signs saying people can’t do that but no evidence to show anyone was checking. Not enough parasols so most of the beds are in direct sun all day with no shade options

Just got back from an amazing holiday. Everything at the hotel was perfect with such friendly staff.

Great hotel, pools were good and never not too busy to not have a bed. Bars busy but never felt overly busy given the size of the hotel. Only downside was the food, was similar every night and was ok/average. Better food options available close to the hotel.
