We were in room 110. Outside our window was the back entrance for the luggage and other back of house functions. It was disruptive due to the coming and going of deliveries and employees working. Additionally the wall our headboard was against had what sounded like metal racks for luggage on the other side of the wall. Luggage was slammed against the wall frequently during regular business hours. The room should be taken out of service.

"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building.
