The rooms in the basement are definitely not a 4 star experience. Although clean, this is more a 2 star hotel. During our stay the carpet was also wet and there were a few dehumidifiers running continuously.

We loved our stay here. The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was great. Rooms were clean and comfy. Be aware that there are three floors and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be for others. Overall, highly recommend the Inn!

A really lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. The spa is just what's needed, reception staff very helpful, room very comfortable. Breakfast on Saturday morning was a little bit chaotic, perhaps due to lack of staff, but the staff were still very polite and helpful. A very relaxing stay

Excellent location. Our room was spacious, had a large sitting couch and was very clean. We have stayed in three Apex hotels on our Trip to Scotland and London and I would highly recommend them all.
