Property is beautiful but needs some maintenance in areas, for instance bathroom floor had grout missing or coming up between the tiles. Sitting area couches are not comfortable. Check in Staff was very good. The Brasseria restaurant was average, food not as expected. Overall, average although would expect better for the cost you pay.

Great location. Within walking distance of everything. They let us check in early and it was a Saturday. Cheap parking about an 8 min walk down the street. $10. Highly recommend!

The room was great, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the location superb! It was a wonderful trip thanks to Virgin Hotel.

Did not get to enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave too early, but everything else was excellent!

The hotel is very well positioned on the beautiful Charlotte Square. It truth the hotel, compared with when I stayed there a few years ago, was a bit run down and even grubby. Needs a spot of paint and quite a lot more - rather disappointing.
