Inland Empire Golf Holidays

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly. Its been over 2 weeks since I was there though and the coldness of the counter staff still stands out to me. I was very shocked by it as it it is clearly a destination hotel for Marriott. I have honestly met better trained hospitality at a Hampton in. The valets were also never at there stand when you needed them and came across rude as well when I had asked for a liggage cart. I dont want to be too hard on everyone there I just had much higher expectations. Im flying back this week and I will give it another shot hoping that fleet week was just an off weekend for them.

We had a very nice room and enjoyed a very large breakfast before heading out to tackle the city.

amazing room, great staff

The staff was super friendly. We were greeted warmly. The room was very clean. And, the hotel location is good. It is within walking distance to many good places. It is business-friendly.

The room was overall clean, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there’s no air conditioning, but the windows open and allow in a nice fresh breeze. Additionally, the rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, which is a plus. Lastly, parking costs $68 per night, so be mindful of that additional expense. However, this is fairly typical for San Francisco, where parking is limited throughout the city.

There's some sort of a club behind the hotel so the back rooms are quite noisy at night. The breakfast is very basic (toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt. coffee) but still, it's a nice convenience which gives this hotel an advantage over similar hotels because you don't have to waste time going out in search of coffee and breakfast. The room and bathroom are clean, no complaints at all. The elevator is really old, the type where you have to hold the door open with one hand while pushing the accordian gate aside with another hand, so try to get a lower floor if you can and just use the stairs. Overall, if you can accept these quirks, the hotel is a good value
