Before I had time to get out of the car, valet staff approved me and asked if I was checking in and I was told to drive into the parking garage to unload the luggage. I did and found that there was no lobby entrance from inside the garage. While my son went inside to get a cart for the luggage, I called the hotel and explained the situation and a bellman was sent to the garage to help me.
