El personal muy pesado, es decir, muy abusivos, no eran amables algunas personas en especial los guardias de seguridad cuando hicieron el evento de VerkadaOne el guardia, ni siquiera me dejaba pasar a mi habitación la torre Versailles queda lejísimos de la piscina, ni siquiera puede tener un acceso directo y generalmente el personal no es atento como para lo que se paga me dieron una habitación horrible. Yo pagué con vista al océano y me dieron una ventana, toda vieja y horrible
Algunas personas del personal si eran amables, pero en su mayoría no no volvería a ir.
