excellent all way around, very convenient for airport travellers

Very long line to check in. It felt very disorganized. The air conditioning was not working well and the room was really tired .. definitely needs a new bed. For the price there are much better options in Toronto

Very nice and well located with good parking

The hotel is nicely located next to Queens Park and the University of Torontlo area. There are many museums and points of interest within a walkable distance.

I like the location, the rooms, the beds, the surroundings, the service and the restaurant. The elevators have been slow for several months, and movement on the repair of the third elevator does not seem to be moving forward. This is my main concern. Otherwise, I enjoy staying at this hotel.

I love staying here for the festivities I go to in Toronto. It's a great location. This was the first time I stayed in a 2 bedroom (normally we do the 1 bedroom updated place). Only thing is I felt like the place needed to be dusted before we stayed there. Otherwise the place was great - perfect for our group, great location and staff is always friendly.

Only 3 towels set for our room of four. The convertible sofa was very difficult to open and the mattress very thin. Only 2 evelators were working, what a nightmare for so many people. Taking outside staircase was a ridiculous joke for everyone.
