Great location. Lots to do around there. Breakfast was very good. Lines to get in but they move fast. Excellent. Rooms are great, a bit noisy at times, but you’re in San Francisco with a lot going on and people from all over.

Run down room with broken or missing parts bathroom fans not working shower buttons gone parking spots taken by none guests

Staff were very unpleasant. Very difficult to get guest services to answer phone calls. even to get towels or extra blankets was nearly impossible.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Pasadena Hotel & Pool. It had everything we needed - microwave, ice, refrigerator, water. The staff were very nice. It was nice and cool on some hot days in Pasadena. Appreciated the covered parking. Nice location. Near Oh La La bakery! Close walk to Sugarfish and Uovo! Love the eclectic vibe in the lobby area. Plenty of tables and seating. Never made it to the pool, but enjoyed the view of it from our room. The only thing was the carpet was a bit sticky in places near the refrigerator/coffee station. Understandable as carpet shampooing after each guest would be a lot. Maybe putting down some tile or something in that area would alleviate the issue.
