Unfortunately, the hotel was not what we expected. Safe in the room was broken. Yes they fixed it after we formed staff. Go to eat at the Mexican restaurant and no toilet paper in the men’s restroom. Our wrist door back/key open we’re not working, not activated. They had a cheap toy Iron, which one of the staff replaced to a normal iron that throws steam. The only thing my family enjoyed was the walk out Pool. Food was average.

This is our favorite place. Its not a party place. Its is not a place to be entertained. Its not a place to hang out with people, unless you want to. This is my quiet place. I can be with my partner and enjoy each other's company. Its our finding the zin.
Loved our cenote room. Loved seeing all the wildlife. Loved eating at a leisurely pace with great food.
The staff are fantastic. We did a ceviche and sushi class. Loved them both.
We will be back again.
