We loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful and pointed out some brilliant walks. We enjoyed our breakfasts both days and the room was lovely.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is worth it and Billy is a lovely host. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

The town house was beautiful, extremely clean and convenient as it is a quick tram ride from the city center. The staff was extremely accommodating and I would definitely recommend

Breakfast was excellent, good choice of hot and cold options with excellent quality food. Good vegetarian breakfast also. Great location 5 minutes walk to attractions, bars restaurants. Quiet in room even with central location.

Hotel itself is lovely, great location but had issues regarding room & SMEG fridge being within bedroom itself & not vanity area so had machine noises rumbling on & off all night.

Lovely staff and service. Several common areas for relaxing. Bed and room size were comfortable. It was a room for two, however, there was only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed. The view was very unsightly so we did not open the window treatments. The bathroom was modern and clean except for some mold on the shower tiles. All things considered I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Excellent location with comfortable and clean accommodations. The Grosvenor suite was very spacious, the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. However, It would not have worked for 2 people. A refrigerator and microwave would be nice at least in a common area. Otherwise everything was top notch. Ryan's pub nearby was fantastic!

They treated us like we were spending thousands of dollars. Chocolates and thank you cards for our Honeymoon. And a bottle of Proseco. The restaurant was great. Everyone was kind and generous to us.

The room was very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had everything you could possibly need and the location was convenient for walking to the Edinburgh Castle and lots of shops and eateries.
