Clean, beautiful views, great food and friendly staff

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff and facilities were excellent. Just wish the pool temperature was a little warmer in the winter months

From the moment you arrive, the staff is simply unbeatable — genuinely warm, attentive, professional, and always one step ahead of your needs. You feel truly welcomed and taken care of at all times. The service is on another level: incredibly smooth, thoughtful, and consistently excellent. Every detail is handled with precision and care, making the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and refined, offering the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. And the location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to the best restaurants, boutiques, cultural spots, and neighborhoods, yet peaceful and serene once you’re inside the hotel. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be back.

Everything was perfect except the check out. The staff seemed quitecrudecand affronted that we asked fir a late check out. We asked prior to our checkout as we have 2 children under 2 and were told to ask on the day. When I asked that morning, the staff (different from the rest of the week) seemed surprised that i would ask such a thing and were disinterested and told us flatly no, but we could get showered and changed up by the soa area. This would have been ok, but with 2 infants and our luggage packed and kept by reception this made it laborious and to be honest left a sour memory, which is a shame as the rest of the staff throughout the week were perfect. The only other thing was that we were put in a room downstairs, this again was difficult with a buggy and 2x infants.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, view was amazing, hotel nice and clean, spacious rooms, variety of foods and amazing pool overlooking the beach. Very nice holiday

The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. This doesn't take it away that the hotel is fantastic and looking forward to return in the future.

I would say the best part of this resort is the food. The quality and choice is amazing both at the buffet and in the specialty restaurants. The full stay pass for the Spa was well worth it as the outdoor pool although heated were a bit too cold for us. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the hotel.

Staff welcoming with exceptional service 24/7 Food and drink was perfect and the selection to please any palate. Facilities and rooms 100%
