"This is a very smart hotel which is kept clean and tidy. It has a very nice bar, a restaurant and leisure club. I only used the bar but did eat there - the menu is very limited but fine for a bar. There is plenty of free parking and breakfast is available - I felt £14 was on the high side for what was an average breakfast. "I would recommend this hotel for someone wanting a place to sleep near the city centre. We stayed here four nights while we explored and it was brilliantly located for the trains, trams and walking. "The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else."

"Used the hotel as visiting Birmingham for a premier league game, firstly great price, good location walking from the train station and fairly easy getting home from villa park. Room was spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. Check in was easy and no stress of keys etc , all done on your mobile phone. Will definitely use again next time I’m in Birmingham. "
