"Room was adequate, but lacking maintenance. The sink basin had a large crack, the sink taps were not secure and the toilet seat was loose and moved when being used."

"This hotel is well priced offering ample breakfast, comfortable rooms and a decent leisure opportunity. Location is lovely with underused grounds. I would definitely return. No doubt it needs some money spending but also a little imagination. The bar for instance was as welcoming as a saturday night physiology lecture….. just bland, no tv, no happy hour, and no atmosphere. "

"Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit."

"Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."
