"No where and no one to check in. No office. Never serviced room on Day 1 -- no bed made, towels exchanged, dishes washed. No box of tissues, shampoo, lotion -- nothing. And TV does not work for any channel of streaming services shown."

"Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!"

The property is located a short walk away from the beautiful Admiralty House Park and 5 minutes away from Hamilton. The hosts took care of everything we needed, including arranging taxis, and even delivered ice cold bottled water on-demand. 5/5 star experience!"

"We loved our time at this property! The local ferry (check the schedule, M-F only) was less than 2 minutes away. Central location but off the beaten path. Mr.Smith was a wonderful taxi for hire- great host recommendation! We took a dip in the ocean from the the front porch- magical! Well equipped kitchen for easy cooking.
