There was no information in the room so we had to ask where the restaurant was etc. Also most hotels now provide bottled water in the room so we were surprised there wasn't any. However the room was very comfortable & the bathroom was one of the best we've experienced."

"The attached restaurant had excellent breakfasts available, which were included in the room rate. Location beside a large retail mall, and train and DLR stations made this an ideal place to stay. Also, was in comfortable walking distance to the ABBA arena. Really, there is nothing that needed improving!"

"This is a lovely hotel tucked away in a side road in Greenwich where you wouldn't expect to find it. We have stayed here previously and indeed stayed here after our wedding a few years ago. It is still lovely but reception staff were not as attentive as they used to be, bar service is a bit slow and the dinner menu a little restricted. This wouldn't stop me staying here again but just noticed a slight decline in the overall standard. "
