"Pool was amazing "

"Staff can be a bit bossy and rush you as you arrive to eat without consideration where you want to sit (e.g., in shade). Main complaint is that the toilets, showers, in-room lights didn't work properly. Finally, the noise level in the garden side rooms is incredible - amplified "fun" and shouting into microphones was ridiculous. Between the beach bar, Fitness, dancing, evening singing (of variable quality) were all overly loud and ran well after 11pm. Next time, I'll choose a smaller property without the cruise-ship type enforced, non-stop fun carnival atmosphere. The beach, sand and breezes are so lovely, but kept retreating from the noise! "

"I had a great time! I stayed on the kiddie side for my niece but I was very much so entertained by the staff and night life. Food was good as well "

"Only one outlet in the room worked and the phone didn't work. Told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it. Pools were great and restaurants were average. Staff was mostly friendly but many didn't speak English."

"The resort is very clean however the rooms a bit outdated our main door was broken no one came to repair The pools are amazing , beach 10 minutes walk They prioritize the dimond members which makes us feel left out if you are a regular member The staff in general not very friendly, not smily and can’t respond to any requests, the only staff that is amazing are the entertainment staff Italian restaurant not good at all My phone was stolen at the restaurant and security had to go get it where the staff stays overnight , I got no excuses at all it’s unacceptable "

"Place has lots to do. Buildings are dated. 35 year old resort. Lots of maintenance issues but they fixed problems immediately. Food Good. Pool Clean and cleaned daily. Beach calm and clean. In a cove. Staff excellent!"
