"We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

"Location was great. The beach was beautiful. We have rented units in the clearwater besch/sand key are for close to 20 years. This unit was the most disappointing. VERY hard to use the pool due to construction which from talking to owners has been going on for over a year and will continue possibly another year. The owner did not tell us of this and he knew this remodeling was going on for the last year. Elevators were out of service on some days, sitting by the pool was like having a root canal...
